Refund & Return Policy

Returns
We accept returns on single species seed packets only. Custom mixes, premixed blends, and live plants are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Process

• Contact us at info@nativebeeginnings.com or call 814-720-0030 within 10 days of receiving your order.
• If approved, we will provide return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please provide order details and, if possible, photos of the issue.
